Water Pollution
More than 70% of our planet surface is water; oceans, lakes, rivers
and seas.
The natural source of eater is a fact and without it there will be
no more life. Everything on earth which is growing and leaving, need
water is some kind.
The human kind, uses the water for endless needs and knows the
importance of keeping it available, nevertheless, we are polluting
our own water and destroying the source of life. The effects of the
human acts on our water are bad and sometimes irreversible. The
drinking water which are pollutes are no longer good for drinking,
chemical waste which flows into rivers are killing fishes and
plants, micro organism are dying in the lakes because of the global
warming and more.
Water pollution cause from several major elements and affect the
water around it:
• Waste water also known as Sewage, originally from private houses,
industrials and agriculture sources. There is a growing need to know
how to treat Sewage and Sewage disposal.
• Industrial waste which is flushed down to the water sources
contains metals, chemicals, phosphates and oils. Direct oils which
are thrown from ships and marines into the oceans directly kill the
fishes and plants around. Major source for this problem is under
water pipes which are leaking.
• Polluted air gets into the water during acid rains and particles
mixes. The direct pollution from industrial areas going to the water
sources below it when it rains and yellow puddles can be seen in the
area.
• Liter is one of the major problems since big amounts of liter are
founding the way to the seas. Plastic, glass, papers and more are
harmful for the water quality and the animals in the water.
• Nuclear waste from heavy metals mining and nuclear cures. Some
radioactive trails found all around North American and Europe.
The outcome of all the above is a big danger to the human kind,
nature life and mother earth. This liter gets into the water
particles and drinking water which we use. The oceans pollution
harms and kills the beautiful under water life and destroying
corals. No need advanced explanations about the nuclear damage and
irreversible process.
There is no other way but to combat the water pollution and to clean
existing water pollution as part of the efforts to clean earth.
